Create highly realistic 3D renderings and visualizations using advanced software tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar.
Develop detailed interior renderings that accurately portray lighting, textures, materials, and spatial relationships.
Ensure that 3D models and renderings accurately represent the approved design concepts, incorporating feedback and adjustments as needed.
Prepare ID packages and necessary project documents.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate 3D visualizations seamlessly into presentations and project documentation.
Prepare FF&E packages and selections.

Requirements

BSc in Engineering (Architecture) or BA in Applied Arts
3 - 5 years’ experience in interior designing
Design – Rendering - Communication skills – Time Management
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, 3ds Max, and Google Sketch up
Fluency in English
