Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a seasoned Delivery Director for our Sports division to spearhead the execution of world-class sports facilities. This pivotal role will require a visionary leader who can drive the delivery of innovative and sustainable sports projects while ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- The role forms part of the team developing the tennis centre situated in the Public Golf District Centre. The role will report to the delivery Exec Director for the tennis project and will work collaboratively with development as part of a vertically integrated team.
- The role supports the Delivery team in the implementation of a delivery strategy that is consistent with the broader development objectives of the tennis development director. This delivery strategy will appropriately identify and manage project risks and opportunities to ensure design, procurement and delivery of the tennis centre asset in accordance with approved budget, quality and schedule perameters.

- Engineering, Architecture or Project Management first degree.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Deep understanding of sports infrastructure, construction processes, and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant project management software and tools
