- Planning and designing agricultural systems: You will be responsible for designing and implementing irrigation, drainage, and other agricultural systems that ensure optimal use of resources, including water, land, and fertilizers.
- Analyzing and interpreting data: You will need to use scientific methods to collect and analyze data related to crop yields, soil quality, and weather patterns. This information will be used to develop strategies to improve crop production.
- Developing and testing new technologies: As an agriculture engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new technologies and techniques that can be used to improve crop production. This can include developing new machinery, sensors, and software to help farmers manage their operations more effectively.
- Managing and training staff: You will work closely with other members of the contracted farms to ensure that everyone is working together effectively. You may be responsible for training new employees or managing a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: You will need to be familiar with local and federal regulations related to agriculture and ensure that the contracted farms comply with these regulations.
- Practical experience in date palm farming operations.
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, IPM, Fertigation program Date palms
- Provide regular reports to the technical support & consulting manager about technical recommendations for the contracted farms

- strong technical skills in areas such as soil science, crop production, irrigation, and drainage systems. You should also be familiar with various agricultural machinery and equipment.
- You will need to be able to analyze data related to crop yields, soil quality, and weather patterns to develop strategies to improve crop production.
- 5- 7 years of experience as agriculture engineers.
- You will need to be able to communicate technical information to a wide range of audiences, including farmers, technicians, and other professionals.
- You should be able to identify problems and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership skills: You may be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, so you should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
