Conduct various manual and automated tests to verify that products meet high-quality standards.
Execute all phases of verification and validation throughout the testing process.
Lead training sessions focused on quality assurance practices.
Create and establish standards and techniques for effective testing and inspection.
Provide mentorship to peers and deliver performance feedback to supervisors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Proven 5+ years experience in the same field.
ISTQB Software Tester Foundation certified is a plus.
Working knowledge of Java or C# and their unit testing frameworks.
Good knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
Good understanding of HTML
Good understanding of Agile methods and techniques
Excellent communication skills.
Background experience in GSM providers, Payments solutions, and/or Software services.
