KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a prominent player in property management in Dubai, is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Listing Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing our property listings and improving stakeholder communication.

Job Summary:
The Listing Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Property Management Team by maintaining accurate property listings, coordinating with various teams, and managing related documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with property owners and tenants to gather required information and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for new listings, including high-quality photographs and property descriptions.
  • Handle inquiries from potential tenants and respond promptly to provide information about available properties.
  • Support the Property Management Team with administrative tasks related to property listings and transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and assist in pricing recommendations for new and existing listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract potential tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies regarding property listings.
  • Assist in organizing property viewings and open houses.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
