Job Summary:
The Listing Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Property Management Team by maintaining accurate property listings, coordinating with various teams, and managing related documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants to gather required information and documentation.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for new listings, including high-quality photographs and property descriptions.
- Handle inquiries from potential tenants and respond promptly to provide information about available properties.
- Support the Property Management Team with administrative tasks related to property listings and transactions.
- Monitor market trends and assist in pricing recommendations for new and existing listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and attract potential tenants.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies regarding property listings.
- Assist in organizing property viewings and open houses.
