Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner
  • Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting company's products.
  • Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve sales target
  • Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
  • Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize the portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
  • Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations
  • Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines.
  • Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories.


Competencies:


  • Candidate must have language proficiency in English/Arabic, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Russian, Spanish.
  • Graduate with Proven working experience and track record as a business development executive.
  • Account Management support experience.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Handling multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.
