AHS, a premier name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence across our projects. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing the quality aspects of luxury development projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Establish Quality Standards:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program to ensure project quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, including inspections and testing protocols.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and Evaluate:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to establish quality benchmarks and controls
- Review and approve quality-related documentation and reports
- Identify and document quality issues and deviations, providing solutions and corrective actions
- Lead quality meetings and provide training to project teams on quality management practices
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management.
- Maintain records of quality assurance activities and produce reports for stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Team Management:
- Oversee the quality assurance team and provide training on quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality control.
- Manage relationships with external quality assurance contractors and consultants.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials used in projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in Quality Management or similar areas are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in luxury real estate development (5-10 years)
- Experience in luxury real estate development is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO certifications) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance or construction management are advantageous.
