As the Manager of Group Accounting, you will oversee the consolidation of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and implement best practices in accounting policies. Your expertise will contribute significantly to strategic decision-making and enhance the credibility of our financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the consolidation process of financial statements for all group subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and analysis for executive management.
• Review financial data from various entities, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, ensuring a smooth audit process and addressing any queries effectively.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing valuable financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Mentor and guide the group accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, implementing adjustments as needed.
