Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Value-Added Services (VAS) subscription products. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to acquire and retain subscribers.

 

Job Discerption:

-          Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies for VAS subscription products.

-          Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

-          Create and execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive subscription sign-ups.

-          Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

-          Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

-          Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.

-          Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

-          Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

-          Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing channels and messaging.

-          Continuously iterate on strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.

-          Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI/GM.

-          Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and performance metrics.

-          Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials.

-          Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.

متطلبات الوظيفة

-          Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field. 

-          2-3 years of experience as a senior growth marketing role, preferably within the technology or subscription services industry.

-          Demonstrated success in driving growth for VAS subscription products.

-          Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

-          Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches to achieve business objectives.

-          Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

-          Track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and business goals.

- Google Ads certification is preferred.

- Knowledge of VAS-oriented marketing agencies around the MEA region is highly preferred.
