Job Description:
As an Order Preparation Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to maintain efficiency and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Picking:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders from pick lists.
- Print shipping Airway Bills (AWBs), validate them vs. ERP picking list, and prepare physical items accordingly.
- Ensure items are in perfect condition and match the order requirements.
2. Order Packing:
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation for each order.
- Use appropriate packaging materials and follow company guidelines.
3. Quality Control:
- Inspect products for defects or discrepancies before packing.
- Verify order accuracy to ensure the correct items and quantities are shipped.
4. Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining organized and clean warehouse shelves.
- Report low stock levels or damaged items to supervisors.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
6. Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the warehouse, order fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Excel is highly preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 10 kilograms.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Work Environment:
- This role involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
