General Purpose

Implement and execute the Key accounts and Presell business plan, execution of sales KPIs/ standards by customer channel type.


Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Achieve yearly volume objectives for MT businesses while managing/securing compliance to overall and by customer cost/case planned spending to pre-agreed budget.
  • Analyze customer needs and opportunities to design and develop best practice KA Merchandising Equipment and execute in market place in collaboration with TM to maximize visibility and access points.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing functions to create KA Marketing Calendar and timely and efficiently execute within KA customers securing 100% compliance to pre-agreed activity standards.
  • Collaborate with team of Account Executives, and Delivery to secure proper coordination of orders and delivery execution while continuously following up with weekly route plans for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage directly the CDA implementations for Key accounts outlets.
  • Provide timely and detailed information on all competitive activities to related functions.
  • Secure availability of all KA related SKUs within adequate stock levels and compliance to execution standards/CDA KPIs through execution follow up reports properly filled by each AE’s.
  • Spend 60% of available time in field with customer visits, AE, Merchandiser and Delivery Teams work-with to develop the team and secure data reliability.


Experience

4-6 years of experience in KA.
