Join Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneering force in the development of world-class entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia, as a Director - Projects. This pivotal position will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of complex projects that are set to redefine the leisure landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the Executive Director - Delivery, the Director - Projects key responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of their respective project within Resort Core Sub-District 3. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high quality standard.
- Overseeing all delivery activities assigned to their respective project. This includes design development, planning / programming, procurement, commercial, EHS, quality and project finalisation.
- Managing, mentoring and developing all delivery resources assigned to their respective project.
- Oversee and monitor the contractors and sub-contractors activities.
- Work closely with the other Resort Core Sub-District teams, to ensure that interfaces are appropriately managed and that a 'one-team' approach is maintained at all times.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Extensive experience working in similar roles on large scale multi-stage construction projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the entertainment, leisure, or development sectors.
- Proficient in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse project teams.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present project updates.
- Robust analytical skills with a strong focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with varied stakeholders.
