Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director - Development (Hotels) to join our passionate team. This role is critical in driving the development of luxury hotel projects within the vibrant Qiddiya entertainment destination, aiming to set a new benchmark for hospitality in the region.

As the Senior Director - Development for Hotels, you will oversee all aspects of hotel development projects from initial concept through to completion. You will collaborate with leading architects, designers, and operational teams to ensure that each hotel meets the highest standards of quality and guest experience while aligning with the strategic vision of Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of hotel projects within the Qiddiya project portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to inform hotel development strategies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout all phases of development.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and operational teams, to facilitate successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to hotel development.
• Foster relationships with potential hotel operators and brands for collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor project performance, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Provide regular updates to executive management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Advocate for sustainability and innovative design within all hotel development initiatives.
