AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.
A Fun Fact about AlGooru is that its name derives from “Guru,” a Sanskrit word meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master.
The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Oversee and ensure the production of high-quality, diverse content across multiple formats and channels.
- Conduct regular content reviews, providing strategic feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness.
A Day In Your Life:
- Develop high-quality content across our social media platforms.
- Ensure that content publications align with and comply with marketing strategies.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Ensure a diverse web presence by sharing content through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with both the Design and Growth departments to produce high-quality content.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term and long-term goals.
- Analyze and measure social media metrics and their effects on web traffic metrics.
- Write social media content with a focus on video scripts.
- Produce video ad scripts for our acquisition efforts.
- Create text- or video-based product guides.
- Conduct regular content reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability.
- Develop content strategies that are conversion-oriented and tailored for different platforms and formats.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to track, analyze, and improve content performance.

You’re the Senior Content Marketer we’re looking for if you have:
- 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, strategy development, and execution
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English, with proficiency in the Saudi accent
- Hands-on experience in content creation across multiple platforms and formats, including social media and video
- SEO expertise with a data-driven approach to optimizing content performance
- Proven ability to create engaging, conversion-focused content for ads and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media trends
- Proficiency in Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Self-motivated with attention to detail; basic design and video editing skills are a plus
