Reservations Agent

We seek a dedicated Reservations Agent who can deliver courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable service consistently. Adhere to the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas’ Standards of Performance while exceeding the expectations of associates, guests, and owners.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a Reservations role within a luxury hotel or establishment. Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, are essential.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Arabic.
