Technical Support Engineer

Talent 360 is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for one of our clients – Arak Lighting!

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Tender & RFQ Analysis: Review and evaluate RFQ/tender documents, analyze scope and specifications, and prepare commercial offers.

✔ BOQ & Quantity Takeoff: Extract quantities from lighting layout plans and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submissions.

✔ Cost Estimation & Supplier Coordination: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for lighting projects, negotiate with suppliers, and select the best materials.

✔ Lighting Design: Use Dialux Evo or equivalent software to design lighting projects in compliance with international standards, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations.

✔ Project Optimization: Provide technical suggestions and solutions to enhance lighting project efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

✔ 3-5 years of experience in the lighting industry as a Technical Support Engineer.

✔ BSc in Electrical Engineering.

✔ Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Dialux Evo, Microsoft Office (Photoshop & InDesign are a plus).

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical evaluation skills.

✔ Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
