Education Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop international and local engagements in general education, higher education, and technical and vocational training to align with global standards.

• Support the implementation of SDG 4 (Quality Education) by coordinating efforts with relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitate digital transformation initiatives in education and lifelong learning by integrating innovative technologies.

• Design and develop national capacity-building programs to enhance educational competencies and workforce skills.

Educational Policy & Program Development:

• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of educational policies and programs in alignment with national strategic objectives.

• Analyze educational needs and propose curriculum and program improvements to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Monitor global educational trends and adopt best international practices to elevate local education standards.

Research & Studies:

• Conduct research and studies to identify challenges and opportunities in the education sector.

• Analyze educational data to support evidence-based decision-making.

• Prepare analytical reports on key educational issues to guide policy formulation.

International Collaboration:

• Represent Saudi Arabia in global and regional educational forums to enhance its strategic role.

• Establish and strengthen partnerships with international and regional organizations to leverage global expertise.

• Exchange knowledge and experiences with global counterparts to advance education sector reforms.

Training & Development:

• Design and implement training programs for teachers and administrators to enhance professional development.

• Build institutional capacity to ensure the sustainability of educational improvements.

• Provide technical consultancy to educational institutions to support continuous improvement.

Project Implementation & Evaluation:

• Oversee the execution of educational projects funded by national or international organizations to ensure timely delivery and impact.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Policy, Education Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in education policy development, program management, or educational consulting.

• Strong familiarity with international educational organizations (e.g., UNESCO, World Bank, OECD) and their role in shaping global education.

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with advanced English proficiency for international engagements and collaborations.

• Immediate availability to start is a mandatory requirement for this role.
