Key Responsibilities:


Developing Communication Strategies:

• Participate in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies for the organization.

• Identify target audiences and craft appropriate messaging for each segment.

• Select the most effective media channels to deliver communication messages.


Media Relations Management:

• Build strong relationships with various media outlets (newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and social media).

• Prepare press releases and media statements to ensure consistent organizational messaging.

• Organize press conferences and media briefings with journalists and stakeholders.

• Handle media inquiries and public relations requests professionally and efficiently.


Content Management:

• Create and produce diverse content (articles, reports, videos, images) for distribution across multiple platforms.

• Manage and update the organization’s website and social media platforms to ensure accurate and engaging content.

• Analyze content performance and assess its effectiveness in reaching the target audience.


Event Organization:

• Plan and organize events, conferences, and seminars to promote the organization’s objectives.

• Coordinate with guest speakers and attendees to ensure seamless execution.

• Supervise event logistics and overall management to ensure successful implementation.


Crisis Management:

• Develop crisis communication plans to respond effectively to media crises.

• Handle public relations crises and safeguard the organization’s reputation.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

 Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communication.

 Key Skills:

• Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple communication tasks.

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
