About The Role

Ready to transform digital payments and make a real impact? We’re looking for a payments expert to drive innovation and efficiency.

This exciting role demands managing credit card transactions and payment systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration with cutting-edge technologies. Key to your success in this role is to ensure that all credit card payments, both from customers purchasing tickets or services, as well as from other business-related transactions, are processed accurately and efficiently.

This includes managing branded card programs, collaborating with tech teams, optimising payment processes, and ensuring compliance while enhancing customer experience.

Collaborative by nature, yours is a role which interacts with key and diverse stakeholders such as Guest Experience, Marketing, Loyalty, Innovation and other business units.

Further, you will coordinate with banks, payment gateways, and third-party vendors to enhance and manage payment processing solutions.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess at least 5 years of experience in card payment applications and technologies.

You are expected to possess demonstrated experience and expertise in card schemes, payment solution architecture, and vendor management.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience in product management and business strategy within a card fintech role, strong knowledge of card products and competitive analysis.
