Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a busy executive. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate travel, and ensure day-to-day tasks run smoothly. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain discretion, and stay one step ahead will be essential to success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Organize meetings, events, and personal errands
  • Maintain confidential documents and records
  • Provide general administrative and personal support as needed


What We’re Looking For:


  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion
