Job Specifications and Scope of Responsibility
· Manage the invoicing process
· Generate progress reports
· Draft information requests, compile, organize, and analyze invoicing, billing, and collection data.
· Assist with daily commercial activities as directed.
Skills and Experience
· 5+ years of professional experience with exposure to construction and engineering industry a must
· Thorough knowledge of theory, principles and practices of accounting
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel essential
· Highly analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and holds self, accountable for assigned responsibilities.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
· Good communication and time management skills
Education
· BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or any related field
