Business Analyst

Master-Works is looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to enhance our team. You will be instrumental in understanding our clients' needs and translating them into effective solutions. Your insights will guide strategic initiatives and optimize operations, ultimately driving the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with accuracy.
• Develop data-driven solutions and recommendations to address business needs.
• Create process documentation, including workflows and use cases.
• Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Monitor project progress and measure the success of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think critically and approach problems analytically.
• Knowledge of Agile project management practices is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
