Master-Works, a leading innovator in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead projects that enhance our service offerings and drive client success. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project life cycles, ensuring alignment between teams and projects' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for effective project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is circulated.
• Identify project risks and solve issues as they arise to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, track progress using project management tools, and prepare regular status reports.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate project meetings, guiding teams on best practices and optimizing workflows.
• Conduct project evaluations and prepare detailed analysis post-project completion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Expertise in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and driving project success.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to managing complex tasks.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology developments.
