Ninja is seeking a motivated and experienced 3PL Team Lead to oversee our third-party logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics team, ensuring seamless coordination with third-party logistics providers, and driving operational excellence in our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the 3PL logistics team, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics strategies.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations and improve service levels.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, leveraging insights to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Conduct training and development for team members to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with broader business strategies.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on third-party logistics.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a logistics or operations team.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
