The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing pricing and revenue strategies across the Food vertical at Ninja. This role will involve analyzing market data, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and internal costs to develop and implement pricing models that maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer price sensitivity.
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models for better optimization of the delivery fee.
  • Analyze the impact of pricing changes on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, order volume, reorder rate

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including internal systems, customer databases, and third-party data providers.
  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and monitor the performance of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different pricing models.

Customer Segmentation:

  • Collaborate with the UX team to segment customers based on their value, behavior, and price sensitivity.
  • Develop and implement targeted pricing strategies for different customer segments.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in pricing and revenue management.
  • Internally collaborate on gathering marketing intel and competitive benchmarking.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Bilingual. Must be proficient in Arabic and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
