Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist for Uptown Development. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Uptown Development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Uptown Development team
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
  • Provide support and coordination for special projects and events

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
