We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Assist in creating financial plans and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise invoicing, collections, and payments to ensure efficient cash flow management.
- Ensure timely tax filings, liaise with external auditors, and stay updated on tax laws.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensuring productivity and professional growth.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and industry regulations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline accounting operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday -Saturday
- Location: Greek Campus - Downtown
