As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, reviewing, and interpreting field data, while delivering preliminary statistics that highlight deviations, completion rates, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Safeguarding and managing data effectively across all departments within the farm.
- Generating monthly reports by designing a smart board tailored for each department, reflecting its specific tasks and operational nature.
- Creating engaging presentations for technical materials and field instructions, serving as an effective medium for communication and knowledge sharing.
- Producing informative videos detailing processes and presenting them with professionalism.

- 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex supply chain issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
