What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai with a proven track record of closing deals.
- RERA Certification: A plus, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Self-Starter: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate and the drive to succeed.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai property market, key areas, and developments.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a bonus).
- Independence: Ability to manage your own schedule and hit your targets.
