Job Title: Part-Time Guest Relations Agent – Holiday Homes

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in:
    • Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Verify guest information, assign rooms (if applicable), and provide necessary information about the property.
  • Guest Assistance:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Assist guests with information about the property, local attractions, transportation, and other services.
    • Handle guest inquiries and call for help on simple matters, both in-person and through digital communication channels.
  • Support during Peak Times:
    • Able to provide support during busy periods, including late night check ins, weekends or holidays, to accommodate guest needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations, especially in a hotel or holiday home setting, is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and professional with a customer-first attitude.
  • Languages: English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Preferrably applicants with OWN visa and ability to reliably commute/travel even on late nights. With Driver’s License and own vehicle are highly preferred
