Responsibilities

Pick up guests according to requests, appointments, or schedules from the pre-arranged locations
Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy;
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary;
Fuel the vehicles;
Follow up and Ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
Document customer usage; trip reports; accident and incident reports as necessary
Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles, and help them with any luggage
Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort
Provide other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service

Requirements

Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, and upper level staff and employees;
Ability to see details at a distance or in low light situations
Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports
Extensive knowledge of the operations and features of assigned vehicle(s);
Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs;
Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs;
Customer Service Orientation
Skilled in reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions;
Ability to administer first aid
