  • Fulfill quarterly and annual hiring needs details by department regarding to the MPP
  • Maintain and maximize ATS utilization and process adherence
  • Source and headhunt potential candidates through different channels (e.g. social platforms professional networks, and internal referral program)
  • Determine and confirm selection criteria with HOD for managerial level vacancies 
  • Maintain and communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
  • Prepare Interview questions that reflect each position’s and job descriptions and requirements
  • Oversee and maintain applicant’s assessment for selection process using different assessment tools for different positions following competency framework
  • Maintain and maximize applicants assessment for selection  process efficiency.
  • Review and prepare Job offer letters for managerial vacancies 
  • Maintain regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS
