JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controls Engineer - Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive project performance reports and dashboards that provide visibility into project status and progress. Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project reporting systems to track and report on financial and schedule performance.
- Strong understanding of design engineering and construction phases of projects.
- Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
- Compile data from various sources to create accurate and timely project status reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing metrics to evaluate project success.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and to understand project progress.
- Enhance reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide analysis and insights to support project management decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project controls with a Strong focus understanding on reporting, cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a Project Management/PMO in Engineering, consultancy, and Construction programs.
- Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in PMIS Systems and P6.
- Strong command of the English language and the ability to write clear and concise reports and briefings tailored for executive leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
