As an
Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the growth and optimization of the
DiDi Mobility driver platform in Egypt. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience managing critical tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to cross-functional projects under clear guidance. In this role, you'll be...
- Assisting with the performance monitoring of one of the company’s most impactful Driver acquisition channels to ensure sustained growth and optimal results.
- Supporting incentive management, including designing, configuring, and monitoring results to align with business objectives.
- Responsible for payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in disbursing funds related to operational activities.
- Supporting offline acquisition workflows and providing hands-on assistance when needed.
- Analyzing data to monitor acquisition-related project outcomes and generating actionable insights to improve workflows and enhance performance.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and the rollout of new features related to the driver app, including incentive planning and performance monitoring.
- Taking on ad hoc tasks and initiatives with a results-oriented, “can-do” attitude to tackle challenges and add value to the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and business operations.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- A strong growth mindset with a passion for learning, going the extra mile, and adapting to new challenges.
