Rawafid is currently looking for an experienced Project Accountant to join our team and contribute to the financial management of our construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with project managers to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with project goals. Your expertise in financial analysis will be crucial in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. You will serve as the key liaison between finance and project teams, helping to foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency. Responsibilities
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with project managers to set financial targets and provide guidance on cost control measures.
- Review and process project invoices in alignment with contractual terms.
- Assist in the preparation of project audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to project teams regarding financial processes and systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- (Optional Certification) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Min. 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of IFRS 15 compliance, cost allocation, job costing, and construction accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) as well as MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
