Job Overview: LAWAZEM is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively

- Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales reports to senior management

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the sales field

- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in Arabic and English
