JASARA PMC is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer - Change Management (IK04-0035) to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are captured, analyzed, and reported accurately.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and workflow processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding proposed changes and their implications.
- Provide training and support to project teams on change management best practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on change management performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project controls and change management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and the change management process.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in project management software and change management tools.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
