Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the FinTech or technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions in Dubai and other GCC countries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Passionate about talent acquisition and staying current with industry trends.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple recruitment processes.
