TA Specialist (Fixed term one year contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases and ensure timely communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the FinTech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions in Dubai and other GCC countries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and staying current with industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple recruitment processes.
