CCDS is seeking an Identity Security Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions to protect organizational assets. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that appropriate access controls are in place, mitigating identity-related risks and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement identity governance frameworks, processes, and policies.
- Manage and maintain IAM tools and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to address identity-related security incidents.
- Provide recommendations for improving identity security practices and technologies.
- Stay current with the latest trends in IAM and identity security technologies.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in identity and access management or related security roles.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with identity governance tools and processes.
- Knowledge of identity-related compliance standards and regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or IAM-specific certifications are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
