We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, ensuring a great dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-maintained.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dining area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
