Job Purpose:
Manage and oversee facility operations to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency of physi
infrastructure and services.
Accountabilities:
▪ Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems and equipment.
▪ Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
▪ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
▪ Manage vendor contracts and relationships for facility services.
▪ Monitor facility budgets and optimize resource utilization.
▪ Optimize operational processes and document best practices for consistency.
▪ Manage budgeting processes to align resources with strategic goals.
▪ Oversee governance frameworks to promote accountability and transparency.
▪ Provide regular updates on performance and document any issues or challenges to ensure timely resolution
متطلبات الوظيفة
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Preferred 7+ years of experience in employee services.
