Director - Planning (DEL 193)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Planning to spearhead the planning initiatives for our exciting projects. As the Director of Planning, you will lead a team of professionals to develop strategic planning processes, facilitate project execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering innovation in our approach.

Key Responsibilities

• The Planning Director needs to have significant experience in the whole lifecycle development and delivery of mixed use city environments. Experience of Theme Parks is preferable and Hotels and Residential is desirable.
• The individual should also be familiar with planning multi-billion dollar developments and planning construction and delivery in a complex, mixed operational environment.
• Expertise with Primavera P6 and other planning related tools is expected. Practicable experience in setting up and integrating 4D planning models across multiple entities is desirable.
• The role is to lead and co-ordinate the planning of the sub-district with a team of sub-district Planning Directors and Managers, to ensure this is co-ordinated and controlled and our plan is the single source of truth.
