Master-Works is looking for an experienced DWH Developer to enhance our enterprise data warehousing capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions that enable the organization to leverage its data for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading using data integration tools.
- Create and maintain data warehouse architecture and structures, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Analyze data requirements and design scalable data models to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Optimize and tune data warehouse performance, ensuring efficiency in data retrieval and processing.
- Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.
- Develop documentation for technical processes, data models, and ETL workflows.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of ETL jobs and data warehouse solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
