AlUla Club is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Budgeting and Reporting Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting process, preparing financial reports, and providing analytical support to ensure financial discipline throughout the organization. You will work closely with various departments to develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against those budgets, ensuring alignment with the Club’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial performance against the budget, conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process independently, collaborating with department heads to gather necessary information.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and implement budgeting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast revenues and expenditures, identifying potential financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on budget management and reporting tools.
  • Work with external auditors during the audit process to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within budgeting and reporting practices.
  • Maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or reporting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting principles, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sports club operations and financial management is a plus.
