AlUla Club is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Control Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs related to club operations, ensuring that expenditures are in line with budgetary guidelines. You will conduct cost analyses, prepare reports, and collaborate with various departments to provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze costs associated with club operations, identifying any variances and trends.
  • Prepare and maintain cost control reports, providing regular updates to management on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and ensure expenditures align with overall financial goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial data to verify accuracy and compliance with established policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in the implementation of cost control initiatives.
  • Evaluate purchase orders and contracts to ensure alignment with budget objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide financial guidance and feedback to project managers and stakeholders on cost-related matters.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial management.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (experience with Excel is required).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
