Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.

Market Analysis:

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
