Quality Engineering Manager

As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our quality assurance initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of software delivery across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the quality engineering team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

• Develops and implements effective quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes.
• Monitors the software development life cycle, ensuring quality gates are met at each stage.
• Facilitates communication between stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and clients, to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, testing processes, and team performance.
• Reports on quality metrics, provides updates to upper management, and recommends actions based on findings.
• Recruits, trains, and mentors quality engineering staff to build a strong, capable team.
• Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
