Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team as part of the Tamheer program. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the cybersecurity sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring they are executed on time.
- Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
- Help organize project meetings and monitor action items.
- Support the project manager in budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Assist in risk management and issue resolution efforts.
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to project needs.

Education and Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi national, as part of the Tamheer program.
- Available for the duration of the Tamheer internship program.
