Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and aligning our SaaS solution to their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using [CRM system, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot], ensuring accurate tracking of all outreach and follow-ups.
  • Sales Presentations: Schedule product demos and introductory meetings for the sales team, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, emails, booked meetings, and qualified leads generated.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Goal-driven with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the value of complex software solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and lead generation tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • English fluency is a must
