JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled Project Controller Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be integral in supporting the planning, monitoring, and controlling of project performance across high-profile infrastructure projects. Your expertise will contribute to effective cost management, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with our commitment to excellence in project management in Saudi Arabia.
As a Project Controller Specialist, you will collaborate with project managers and teams to analyze project data, prepare reports, and proactively identify issues that may impact project goals. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be essential in enhancing project efficiency and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project control systems, including schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and variances from project plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions to address project challenges.
- Facilitate project risk assessments and support the mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project management best practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on project controls processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls or a related role in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of project control methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
